Rental Costs for the Property per week
Prices are in US Dollars and subject to applicable exchange rate at the time of booking.
Discounts will be offered for long term and last minute bookings (within 7 days). See Further Terms below.

Low Season (January to April avoiding Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and Easter):

Mid Season (April, May, June, September, October and November):
$600
High Season (July and August):

Peak Season (20 December - 5th January, Thanksgiving long weekend and Easter weekend):

Bookings of less than 7 days
$100 per night, plus cleaning and Taxes
Pool Heat
We suggest that should you request pool heating you should do so at the time of booking to ensure the pool is warm for your arrival.
$160 per week, or
$25 per day for a minimum of two days.
Further Terms
A 20% non returnable deposit will be lodged with our management company upon booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before travel.
A "Breakables Deposit" of $300 is payable to the Management Agents upon Registration. This is returnable once the Villa has been checked after leaving.
A Gas barbeque is available. Guests are requested to leave the BBQ clean or be charged a $85 contract cleaning fee.
Discounts will apply for bookings of 21 days and over. A cleaning charge of £45 ($85) will be incurred for bookings of less than six days.
Pets are welcome with prior notice at the time of booking and charged at $100 to cover the washing of the comforters and any other areas where a subsequent guest may take exception, i.e. hay fever suffers. However, if not declared, a fine/further deep cleaning charge of $500 will be levied.
These terms are current as at April 2010. The owners reserve the right to amend these terms at any time before a booking is taken
