We suggest that should you request pool heating you should do so at the time of booking to ensure the pool is warm for your arrival.

We do have a gas barbeque available to rent from management.
Further Terms
Discounts will apply for bookings of 21 days and over. A cleaning charge of £30 ($60) will be incurred for bookings of less than six days. Pets are welcome but if the furry variety, a further cleaning charge will be levied to cover the washing of the comforters and any other areas where a following guest may take exception, i.e. hay fever suffers.
All prices are for the complete villa. A 10% non returnable deposit will be lodged with our management company upon booking, with the balance 1 month before travel.
