Our beautiful Villa is on the New Lake Wilson Preserve location in Davenport adjacent to Reunion and 1 mile from Champions Gate. We are in a quiet location, pool area facing south and backing on to conservation land with all the trees, birds etc that one would expect in the tropics. All main rooms plus the lanai have fans, as well as air conditioning/heating. The bedrooms are carpeted and the other areas are tiled, with rugs. The villa is buggy and wheelchair friendly but there is a step into the shower area.
This is a very roomy villa, with 2 master en-suite bedrooms, in opposite corners, to the rear of the house and overlooking the pool. The two twin bedrooms to the side and front share a full bathroom with direct access to the front bedroom and the hallway.
There are 2x2 seater couches and 1x3 seater couch which converts to a double bed in the lounge area as well as several occasional tables with lamps. There is also a table with 6 chairs in the dining area with a further table and 4 chairs in the kitchen nook plus two stools to the breakfast bar. The villa is fully equipped for 10, all you need to bring are your holiday bits.
There is a TV/DVD in the great room and R Master - also telephones. There is also a portable DVD player in the Villa plus a CD/radio.
There are 3 clock radio alarms, a hairdryer, a hot brush and pool towels as well as books, CD´s, games and local information leaflets on the bookcase in the hallway.
We have a crib and roll away bed available as well as a Stroller in the Garage beside all the laundry facilities.
The pool area, decked and enclosed by a fly screen to the full width of the house, has the full sun until late afternoon and is equipped with 4 cushioned sun loungers and 2 sun chairs. There are also 4 chairs with pads plus a table in the lanai. There is an alarm on the access door to the pool area so you are aware of any guest and/or child opening this door. This is Florida law.
