Villa Nova is a spacious 4bed/3 bath Villa within Lake Wilson Preserve in Davenport, adjacent to Reunion and one mile from Champions Gate.
This is a quiet location, with private south facing pool, backing on to the conservation area with trees, birds etc that one would expect in the tropics.
All main rooms plus the lanai have fans, as well as air conditioning/heating. The bedrooms are carpeted and the other areas are tiled, with rugs. The villa is children and wheelchair friendly.
There are TVs and DVD players in both en-suite master bedrooms and in the great 
room plus an additional TV point in the front bedroom & a CD /Radio to the breakfast bar.
Broadband Services and full cable TV services are provided plus free phone calls in the USA and Canada.
There are radio alarms, hairdryer, hot brush and pool towels for guest use plus books, CD´s, games and local information leaflets on the bookcase in the hallway.There is also an old stroller [use at own risk] in the Garage.
The pool area, decked and enclosed by a fly screen to the full width of the house, has the full sun until late afternoon and is equipped with 4 cushioned sun loungers and 2 sun chairs plus 3 little tables. There are also 4 chairs with pads a table and fan with light in the lanai. There is an alarm on the access door to the pool area so you are aware of any guest and/or child opening this door.
